RMIT Online postgraduate students must meet minimum academic requirements, and international students must have a proficient level of English. You can find more details below.

Prospective students will need to have:

  • An Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher-level qualification, in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution; or
  • No qualification with at least five years full-time experience working in human resources, change management, recruitment, training and development or a related role.

All applicants will be required to submit a curriculum vitae (CV).
